Went in just for a spot of food for a birthday dinner. The staff and service was just absolutely fantastic. The nicest people i have ever met. Got a true love for the job and really wanting to interact with myself and my friend. The food was to die for. Really reasonable prices and the portions are massive. Cannot fault one thing about here. Really made our night. Thank you so much again!

Perfect fries and burger and I personally love the smoked paprika dusting the plates come with. Decent amount of choice on the menu and the staff are lovely.

DELICIOUS coffee aside (seriously, spot on!!), the staff are the highlight. Our boxing day canal hike ended up here, where they smashed our welcome and refuel; will definitely be making this a routine trip.

Brilliant food, especially the Tapas. The hanging lamb kebab was excellent. Very friendly atmosphere.
We ordered the avocado, eggs benedict on toast (£13.50) and the duck waffle (£15). The waffle was sweeter than expected but still good. Service was really good too.
I went to Darcys tonight for the first time, I could not get a table as fully booked so was able to order food to takeaway, the gentleman who served me was polite, friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble, ordered a pint of pale ale while waiting 😀 Venue was nice inside, staff friendly, pizzas tasted really good and were ready super quick! Thank you so much, will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant, Adam 😀

We came for brunch for my daughter's birthday. The service was impeccable and the staff were so friendly and attentive! My mum is disabled and they were very accommodating and I also bought my dogs who got treated to puppachino's! We had Darcey's breakfasts and the duck waffle which were huge and definitely good value for money. At the end my daughter got treated to a surprise birthday cake with huge sparkler! I would highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️

Lovely place to visit for lunch, brunch...opens evening too. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good coffee. My food was great, eggs and avo with feta and hummus. Would be lovely in the summer outside with views of the canal.
We go to Darcy's since their opening, and I'm glad to see the place expanding (after merging the shop with the old Calzone restaurant) as they're a brilliant option for food at the Apsley Marina. The tapas, their brunch and now the pizzas - all cooked to perfection and in my opinion with good size portions. The staff is amazing, always looking after their clientele. We'll definitely be back!
We had a lovely meal out tonight, the food was fantastic, nice chill atmosphere and the service was without fault (with a bit of humour and charm included 😉). I had the vegan pizza and it was absolutely delicious. My friends had the hanging kebabs and Darcy's burger and they all said how good the food was! Despite being packed, Darcy’s made room for us on a very busy Friday night (we had made a booking elsewhere but they let us down). We shared tapas and would highly recommend the octopus and aubergine dishes. We’ve been a few times and the staff are fab - so welcoming and helpful (with a bit of humour on the side). Great food and atmosphere too… we’ll be back to try everything!

I went to Darcy’s in Hemel Hempstead for brunch with my best friend and we had an amazing time. The service was great and the food tasted absolutely delicious. We enjoyed it so much that I decided we had to come back, so we organised my friend’s birthday party there. We had lots of tapas, plenty of food, and of course lots of cocktails! The atmosphere was fantastic and it was the perfect place to celebrate. I’d highly recommend Darcy’s and will definitely be returning again.

Great little bistro doing very nice tapas and main meals. Homemade Tiramisu was especially good. Staff were friendly and attentive with a fun, vibrant atmosphere.

I attended a Christmas meal on Saturday night! There were about 20 of us, there was also a hen party .. it was really busy and everyone was having a great time ! Food was delicious, pornstar martinis were delicious too! The staff were fabulous ! Even though run of their feet kept everything coming. .. we all had a great night! I go to Darcy’s often, always a lovely experience .. julie
I visited Darcy’s for brunch with my husband and had a mixed experience. The place itself is beautifully decorated and has a lovely atmosphere, although some of the artificial flowers looked a bit tired and dusty. I ordered the pulled duck on waffles, and while the flavour of the duck was nice, the waffle was extremely sweet (much sweeter than I expected) and even had sugar crystals throughout. The portion was also quite small for the price, which left me feeling a bit unsatisfied. My husband enjoyed his English breakfast more, and the smoothie I ordered (with an extra shot of ginger) was genuinely delicious. Overall, the food was good but the portion size, sweetness of the waffle and the service interaction brought the experience down. A decent place for brunch, but not one I’d rush back to.
We had a scummy selection of tapas, portions are reasonable and really tasty. Good selection of drinks too. The staff are so friendly and helpful, explaining the menu and organising the parking permits for our group.
